On Wednesday 21 January 2009 all our members and friends were present at the Cutting of the Traditional Vassilopita for our Club.
- There was a power point presentation of all the activities of 2008 as well as the Activities Program for 2009.
- Our members Dimitri and Mary Kremlis have been appointed honorary members and were honoured with plaques.
- There was a lottery with many very nice gifts.
- The evening was concluded with a few songs from the Greek Operetta.
The songs of the Greek Operetta have been performed by:
- The women’s choir “Senza Intermezzo”
- The sopranos Zoe Kokkala and Nataly Eleftheriou and the barytone George Manettas
- At the piano the composer and pianist Memnoune Kezim
