- An extensive campaign with the distribution of 1000 informative leaflets in the city of Rhodes, articles in the local press and presentation in the local T.V. channels in order to sensitize the people of Rhodes stressing the importance of the organs donation.
- One of the concluding activities was the one day Conference that was organized with 8 interesting speakers and under the following general topic: “European reality and Greek experience for the Donation of Human Organs”.
The program will be expanded also to other Municipalities of the island of Rhodes and it will be named after the young Rhodian who lost his life because of a deficiency of implant “Dimitris Karitsas”.
