The House of Europe in Rhodes has been invited and made a presentation (in english) of its aims and goals, as well as its activities and programs, with the help of a power point, at a one-day Conference which was open to the Rhodian public and was also attended by 30 young apprentices from Estonia, Germany, France Romania, within the concept of Lifelong Learning and better working opportunities to sensitive social groups in an effort to help them face the difficulties of being employed and for an exchange of “know how”.
It was organized within the concept of the European Program “Mobility, Volunteering, Exchange” (MOVE). The Conference took place at the AKTAEON Conference Hall from 09.00 18.00 and was titled: “Improving mobility among less opportunities groups, equality in workplace”.
It was organized by the Office of Voluntarism of the Municipality of Rhodes, the Education Centre George Gennimatas and the Cell of Alternative Research for Youth (KEAN).
